Born in Teheran and credential through the Bachelor of Art program at OCAD University, Mofrad brings a Middle Eastern shaped art ideology fused with today's 21st century multi-cultural Toronto art scene. Mofrad specializes in large-scale nature inspired paintings using brush and pour technique, along with paper mache wall sculptures, and large print black and white and color photography. Using a unique technique to create textured surfaces, stunning geometric patterns, and flawless gloss resin finishes; Mofrad's original paintings invoke a feeling of peace and tranquility.

When not creating art, Mofrad is creatively designing, furnishing, and decorating Toronto's finest addresses, as the owner of Mofrad Design Inc.
